Castillo de Molina Reserva Carmenère 2019 (Chile)
It displays a dark violet colour. The nose is quite expressive and intense, full of black fruit and spices, where blackberries, plums, blueberries and pepper stand out, perfectly combining with subtle notes of vanilla and blond tobacco. In the mouth, it is a round wine, with good concentration and volume, ripe fruit, soft tannins, rich acidity and a persistent finish. Super soft and round tannins. Aged for at least 9 months in French oak barrels. To be preferably served at 17ºC.
Food Pairing: Ideal to accompany risotto, baked lean meats, game birds, rabbit, ripe cheeses and peppery steak.
