Part spur pruned and part cane pruned VSP trellis cropped at 2.6 –3.4 kg/vine. Trimmed and fruit zone leaf plucked. Machine harvested at 20.0—20.5 Brix.
Destemmed to tank. Pumped over in stainless steel tanks, then pressed off to complete MLF in tank.
